I bought two vehicles. Both units presented mechanical failures at the time of delivery. They made me wait a long time for delivery all this time without giving us a specific answer about the fault that the vehicles presented. The seller did not answer us or inform us what was happening. They made us feel like they were doing us a favor by selling us the units. When they finally delivered the vehicles to us, they did not reluctantly deliver it at the main entrance of the workshop. I really consider it a lousy service. Without hesitation we will make our experience known through all possible means so that other people reconcile before buying a vehicle with your agency.

Super bad experience, the staff that assisted me in customer service when receiving my vehicle, which by the way was on a Saturday, called me at 12:58 pm, when the closing time of the branch was at 1:00 p.m. hours. When I came to receive the car, they did not want to deliver it to me within a period of approximately 120 minutes, they did not want to give me the vehicle because the person who assisted me was not there and they did not want to charge me because the cashier had already closed, claiming that their opening hours ended at 1:00 p.m.: 00 hours, a matter totally unrelated to the undersigned. Everyone absolved themselves of responsibility, and not even the manager or administrator or person in charge appeared to take responsibility for the bad information and bad actions of the person who called me at 12:58 pm to pick up my vehicle. When a young lady finally appeared who could assist me, she said that it was not her problem and that she was only going to assist me, in a despotic and unprofessional manner. They should take action on the matter, they are unprofessional and disrespectful, they have poor quality in customer service and in truth, they will lose clients by having workers of that quality.

Excellent attention from my seller. Just be more careful when delivering units, since in my case they mentioned that they gave me 1/4 of a tank and apparently I only had 1 liter of gasoline, because the car turned off without me being able to get to a gas station.
